High-output racing paddle designed for long distance races. Nervous and efficient, the Rush Racing brings nevertheless a smooth and comfortable stroke.

Options

RUSH standard is delivered with carbon blade a fixed shaft carbon medium (drip rings on demand). Options are listed below allowing you to customized your Nitro Racing paddle.

What is the type of program of the Rush Racing ?

The Rush Racing is a versatile long-distance competition paddle, which means that it was designed to deliver its highest efficiency for a dynamic stroke. You can use it in the following programs : flatwater Racing, marathon, ocean racing, sea kayak, surfski, fitness.

Can I use the "Rush Racing" in a white waters river ?

No, competition paddles are products designed in highly technical materials such as carbon. We do not recommend the use of the Rush Racing in such practices.

Are there several blade sizes available for the Rush Racing ?

Yes, the "Rush Racing" is available in three sizes:

  • Small for short builds.
  • Medium for standard builds.
  • Large for stronger builds.

What materials are the blades of the Rush Racing made of ?

The blades of the "Rush Racing" are made in carbon "prepreg".

What is the standard feather of the Rush Racing ?

We recommend, for the Rush Racing, a right or left angle between 55° and 60°, according to your preferences. This range of angles is Standard for competition paddles. However, you can order your paddle with a custom feather, with no extra charge. The feather is the angle of degree the paddle blades are off-set to each other.

Is the Rush Racing delivered with a paddle grip and drip rings ?

Yes and no ! The standard "Rush Racing" does not come with a paddle grip and drip rings. But you can order them as accessories. We do not recommend to add a paddle grip to the competition paddles, as they will interfere with the stroke.

What are the handles available for the Rush Racing ?

The Rush Racing is available in 2 different shaft hardness, from soft to hard:

  • Kevlar carbon
  • Carbon medium

What are the advantages of the different adjusting systems available on the Rush Racing

You can choose among several options for your Rush Racing :

  • Fixed or Mono : This option means that you have no displaceable adjusting system on your Rush Racing. The length and the feather are fixed.
  • Vario S-Lock System : The Vario S-Lock can be adjusted over 10 cm with an infinite choice of feathers. It also enables you to adjust your paddle with more precision. This option is recommended for all the paddle-users who want to customize their “Rush Racing” as much as possible.

What length should I choose for my "Rush Racing" ?
