On Monday, July 13th, 26 dugout rowers in paddleboards and standup paddles took up the challenge of the Hoalen Paddlerace Crossing. In an unsettled weather but with fair wind, they covered by arm power the 26 kilometers between two prestigious centenarian lighthouses on the North Coast of Finistère, Le Four and the Île Vierge lighthouses. A very tactical and rough coastal course lined with reefs, rocky islets, sandbars and laminar flows on which Bruno flew towards victory…

As for Benjamin, he was paddling from Menton (France) to Algajola (Corsica), that is 120 nautical miles.
« We had planned 45 to 50 hours of paddling… We started in a beautiful weather which lasted during the first day and a half. Thanks to this, we were able to reach Algajola in 30 hours… »"
